Paleo cooking requires you to rethink your cooking methods, overhaul your pantry, and change the way you approach food. From dairy to grains to legumes (including soy), we had to cut out many ingredients we usually rely on—things like vegetable oil, butter, flour, cornstarch, soy sauce, wine, and even potatoes (because of their high starch content).
